Why is it when I go to various sites on the internet that I have to program them in each time on yahoo search?

It use to be that when I typed in a site it would stay in; qll I had to do was click in the search space and it would put all the sites that I went to in the space. Now I have to type them in each time. What can I do to make them stay programmed?
