Why is it when i get extremely mad this happens?

Its a defense mechanism, i cry when i get angry. (i know, im not the machoest man in the world, but it shure beats beating people).

Bubbles is right. You probably just dont like being angry. I absolutely hate myself when i get angry enough to want to hurt someone.

the same thing happens to me

i wish i could say why for sure

but with me i think its becasue im scared of what i am feeling

and i dont like it so i try to turn it into something else

It's kind of a natural reaction, sort of like when people's faces get red or their muscles tighten up.  It's your body's personal way of dealing with the anger, or putting it out of your mind.

I have friends that do the exact same thing, so you're not alone in that.

When i get really mad my hand starts shaking too, but I don't laugh. But thats not a bad thing!!! Maybe you don't want people to know that you are mad and thats why you start laughing! It sure will p**s off the other person if you look like you are not getting mad and laughing at them instead! Stay that way!!! ;-)
