well if i don't drink anything i can't go to sleep w/out drinking anything what's going on i will stay up till about 4-5 am help i don't wanna be an achoholic

Alcoholism is not a choice. It is a nasty disease that settles upon you. I've been sober for 25 years.

I don't know what to tell you beyond having an intake interview at a rehab clinic, but see a professional. AA is fine, but don't let them diagnose.
