Why is it when i have been sitting down and relaxing for a couple of minutes and i stand ?

up i cant see and my eyes hurt then i can see patches and after a couple of seconds i can see normally?

because your blood pressure lowers when you sit down so when you stand the blood ends up rushing out of your head until your blood pressure increases.

It is called orthostatic  hypotension and you need to stand up slowly and stand still for a moment until the blood returns to the needed areas

you're experiencing a blood rush, which happens to everyone when you stand up (especially if you stand up quickly) after sitting down.
