  1. You're probably scaring him away.

Edit: Drivers definitely still give autographs at the track. During Speedweeks I got autos from Dale Jr., Michael Waltrip, JJ Yeley, Patrick Carpentier, Jack Roush, Rick Hendrick, and a picture with Kyle Petty. The only driver who declined an autograph was Kyle Busch, but he was busy with the TV crews at the time.

  2. i just read this yesterday. nascar drivers are so busy with racing, that they get a couple years behind in their fan mail.

  3. They probably didn't get it or it got misplaced.

  4. Keep writing--Attn: JOE GIBBS... We met him outside of a Bob Evans Rest. in Charlotte.---Super Nice man very religious..Signed a card for my Husband..............................

  5. drivers are far to busy to respond to fan mail. They no longer give autos at the track any more. This is one reason why I am not a die hard fan anymore. When these drivers start caring more for the fans than I will care about them.
