Why is jcpenny a bad store?

I don't think it is a bad store.  I just got a couple of nice pants from there. And I think that there is not one thing there that is even under a dollar so, no nothing costs a penny.

no, nothing cost a penny. its a clothing department store that sells their items at full retail price (Expensive- shirts can go for 30-60 dollars.)
