what juice is made with artificial lemon flavoring?  MY lemon juice is pure lemon juice .....  You must be looking at a bottle of imitation lemon extract.....   Citric acid will cut through grease, so that's why alot of cleaning products use lemon or orange (or vinegar)........

Money is the key. Real lemons probably cost a lot more than a chemical additive would.

Food labeling requires different standards than cleaning products. They are required to tell you the origination of lemon in food but not in cleaning products.
