my dad got summoned and the court is like 10 miles away, and he doesn't even speak english(seriously, its not just an excuse), so they're just gonna send him home anyways. with gas prices shooting up to $4.50 a gallon, why is it so far away?? and will he be reembursed? i mean like he's only going there to be sent home, just to waste gas. and then last time he went, he told me that the judge or something got really pissed and like yelled at him, then told him to go home, like wtf?

  1. They usually have it where the court house is.

You should ask if his duty can be changed to a location closer-cite gas prices.

Go and talk on behalf of your father-you sound like a good daughter/son-you are a good person to be interested in your father's life like this. There aren't many like you around. Your father did a good job in raising you.

  2. Like the same thing happened to me. Like the Judge cursed me, called me all kinds of like insulting words, like fined me $50.00 and like sent me home. Like it turned out he said I used the word LIKE too much.

  3. Partly because his name got pulled from the registered voter list in that courthouse.  Also he may not have access to knowlede on a case coming befor that court, that way he can not be biased.
