Why is justguys.net such a fake site?

Why does justguys.net contain so many fake, rude people both on the chat and in general. People just friend request you so they can just raise the number of how many friends they have and half the people who proclaim to show interest ignore you after their "wink". What is up with that site? It is just the "g*y myspace" for fake-a** stuck up twinks and homothugs?
