  1. Generally leadership involves combining individual, group and task needs to achieve a goal.  Without a 'leader' goals would not be accomplished in the best or more efficient way.

    Leadership is also (generally speaking) a function of intelligence.  A leader can recognise a need, determine what should be done (goal setting), and see that it gets done.

    So, leadership should result in change for the better.


  2. Leadership, if nobody in the world had any leadership skills we would all end up killing each other. People with leadership skills take charge in tough spots, somebody has to. The world would be in chaos if not for the leadership of some.

  3. leadership is important. we would not be organized at all because no one would want or could take a leader's role. No one that is in chaarge would be able to handle it they wouldnt have that trait.

    to sum it up the world would be a mess.
