  1. Its not difficult, you need a find a program that works. I found one 2 weeks ago and it is really helping me lose weight. You should take a look at it on http://ilostfat.info

  2. Losing weight isn't difficult.  You just have to burn off more than you eat and most people don't do that.  If you were willing to do cardio vascular exercises for at least 45 mins 3/4 times a week and do toning with some weights then you would lose weight.  I am not trying to make it sound simple because sometimes it can be hard to motivate yourself to work out really hard all the time but that is the answer.

Cut out all the refined carbs in your diet too like white bread and white pasta.  try to have more fresh foods in your diet like vegetables with most meals instead of carbs and you will notice the weight loss much quicker.

  3. It is much harder for some people to lose weight than others, it depends a lot on your metabolism. The three most important things I would consider are:

The reduction of saturated fats in dairy and meat.

    Cutting out sugary processed foods.

Having a  moderate but regular exercise regimen.

You can also use relaxation/meditation to control moods of anxiety due to food addictions.

Good luck, check out the sources
