  1. Making out is NOT "French" kissing UNLESS you slip someone your tongue. It is a slang term as the French are known for constantly wagging their tongues.

I am French and for us condoms are British: "capotes anglaises" whereas for the British it's a French invention: 'french condoms". Then Americans inherited all those sexual things as being French from the British, French kissing is the same thing.
