Marmalade is also made with grapefruit sections & rind, the same goes for limes and lemons.

Marmalade has orange and lemon peel in it.Jam has more of the fruit pulp in it. I hope this helps darling .

Perhaps its just an excuse to use the word Marmalade.....

Orange Jam just doesn't have the same ring to it...
