  3. If you're using hard cider, then the cider is also alcoholic!

  4. well when you mix just about anything with vodka it usually is strong

  5. Because Cider is also somewhat fermented.

  6. Vodka is a strong drink, you'll need alot more cider than Vodka if you want the concoction to not be strong.
