Now every time I try and start my bike it makes this loud popping or clicking noise. But the lights are coming on and there are no exposed wires. I took it apart and I was listening to the bike and searched the bike for that sound. The (RELAY ASSY, Starting switch) is what i hearing pop when i try and start the bike. Its NOT a continuous popping just one popping noise that is really loud. Someone tell me what I need to do or if I just need a completely new something....HELLLLPPPPPPP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!...

  1. Weak battery (dead), bad battery connections, bad starter motor, locked up engine.

To check the battery and the connections, by-pass the starter solenoid (relay) - the battery (+) cable goes to it.

The 2 large terminals on the solenoid, touch them both at the same time with a large s***w driver (be careful of sparks).

If the engine turns - replace the solenoid.

If not - charge the battery, clean and tighten the battery cables (all 4 connections), try to turn the engine with a wrench to make sure it's not locked up - remove the round inspection cap on the right crankcase cover.
