Why is my 'my.yahoo' page broken?

Question

Specifically, the "div id=logodiv" area is apparently three times the expected size. The advertisement on the right side of the topbar seems to have something to do with this issue, but is there anything I can do about it?

on the My Yahoo Page, go to the top of the page, in an open area, on the blue strip, right click>click restore
