Why is my 3month old mini lop being bad?

Hello, I have had my mini lop for a little over a month now. He has always been good until yesterday.

He seems to be an escape artist and wrecks everything in my apartment. He was never this bad before... he barely lets me hold him now.

Is it time to get him fixed? I thought I was supposed to wait at least 4-6months before I do that...

He's also been peeing on the couch EVERY DAY.

He was doing so good before and even responding to his name and commands sometimes, but now it's like I have an entirely different and disobedient bunny.

Is he unhappy? : (

  1. Could be he's not getting enough exercise, or it could be his hormones kicking in!

  2. Are you sure he is only 3 months old?

I think you need to take him to the vet to see if he needs to be fixed.

  3. It's probably hormones.  Unfortunately sometimes an animals hormones kick in before they are old enough to be fixed.  Take him to a vet to be sure of his age he may be old enough.

  4. This is normal for a baby rabbit.

My rabbit was a right pain int he bum at that age.

She still trys to pee on the sofa now and shes 2 years old.

Please do not get him fixed he will grow out of this.

give him lots of toys to keep him amused and reward him for be good and when he is bad make sure he nos.
