She will chew on plastic wrappers, plastic baggies. If I take it away from her and throw it away - she digs it out of the trash!

  1. This is the 'teething period' of her development and she is growing her mature teeth.  And she will be very curious and playful at her age so, nothing to worry about.

  2. maybe she is teething

  3. Maybe she's bored and needs a safe toy to bite on. My cat does this too but with cotton balls from my bathroom trash. He's also chewed and eaten a small string of yarn. Cat's are strange.

  4. My cat does this and she almost died from eating packing tape once. it wound inside and killed part of her stomach/intestine. This was before we got her as she's a rescue who's owner passed away.

Be really careful and take every thing away for her. Poor Jetta still does this and we can't stop her. Its some type of fixation but one that can kill.

  5. shes getting her adult teeth.

maybe some hard dog treats or safe toys to chew will help

  6. b'coz you don't give her milk.
