Why is my Dodge Charger making squeaking noises as I drive?

Please help, I have a 2006 Dodge Charger SE/SXT. My husband told me that the squeaking noises were the sensors telling me to change the front break pads. Well I had someone change the pads, but I still hear the noise.

You may need to lubricate the wheel axles. Im not a car genius but i would take a look at that.
