Why is my IP address always blocked via bitcomet ?

while downloading torrents, I get no speed at all because of it, it less than 25kb's , what can I do to change this?

Hi Kate,

           i don't think that your I.P address is blocked by Bitcomet, it's your firewall settings that are incorrect so please check that BitComet is not disabled by your firewall. hope ths helps you.
