The last two times I have made my sugar free Jell-O in the fridge,in a medium sized bowl [same bowl I always use].uncovered,a thin layer of ice forms, and some of the ice gets in the Jell-O which makes it undesirable to eat...Why is this?

  1. Your fridge must be too high?

  2. I hate that too, yuck. Either your jello is too close to the back of the fridge or the fridge's setting is too cold.

  3. I had the same problem your frig is too cold. Just find the temp control and turn it down.

  4. you probably put in in the freezer and left it in there too long or you have your fridge to high

  5. It's because your refrigerator is too cold. What you can do is move it to the front. Also, if you haven't' tried this, chill it in a bowl that has a tight fitting lid such as Tupperware.
