Why is my PayPal payment still processing??

I tried to pay for an ebay item with PayPal. I bought it Sunday, and by Wednesday, the seller messaged me saying that she had not received her payment. The money has been taken from my bank account though. I canceled that payment, and tried to post a new PayPal payment, and the same thing happened!

What's going on?? This has never happened before, is it because of the amount of the transaction?

The item was 200 dollars, and I'm super excited to get it, but she hasn't even shipped it yet!!

You need to get in touch with PayPal...something has gone awry with the posting of the payment....1 or 2 days but not since last Sunday. Give 'em a call.
