Why is my Tivo not updating program info?

I reloaded it, unplugged-replugged and have tried everything...first it said there was only 3 days worth of programing left, then 2, then 1 and now there's "no info"! HELP@@!!

Are you dialing in or connected via the network.  If the latter you might have to refresh your IP address.  If you tell it to update now, you might get a message that explains the problem.  If you dial-in you may have to change phone numbers.
