Why is my Waiver Priority incorrect in my Fantasy league?

I just had my online draft last night, and the waiver priority is set according to the order that each team signed up. It should be in reverse order of our draft order. Anyone know how to fix this?

It should be in reverse order unless someone already picked up a free agent. After someone picks up a free agent, theyre priority goes all the way down to the bottom. If this is not the case, then the commissioner can just go back to the setting and manually reset the waiver priority.
