Why is my application for dtv coupon(s) being denied. I don't have cable or sattelite t.v.?

I've been repeately told that I'm not eligible when I contact dtv

If they requested your SSN, they do a credit check. They could deny you if you dont meet their standards. If this is just about  a coupon, it could be expired. Sounds like there is more to this story then we are getting.
