Why is my arm feeling numb?

im worried about my arm because its feeling numb and tight and it always happens to my right arm never my lef.could it be lack of blood flow caused by a pinched nerve?btw this happens off and on

  1. Are you right hand dominant?   Do you elongate or stretch your spine every night before bed and in the morning when you wake up ?  It never hurts to get neurological symptoms checked by a doctor.  If it is something serious and you wait too long you could end up seeing a rheumatologist for cortisone injections once a month.  It's always best to seek out symptoms like this when they initially begin.  In the meantine, try some stretching of the spine.  Maybe go see a chiropractor.  I know most doctors don't like them, but they really can help.

  3. It's probably a pinched nerve, but you should see a doctor just cover all bases (and to be safe).
