I just got my bearded dragon a couple days ago, and I was wondering why whenever I turn off the light for bed he goes to the corner of the tank and props himself up on his back legs and lies his belly against the wall?

  1. mine does the same it will be okay i does that alot it doesnt mean like its sick

  2. If he only lies down or sleeps with his head propped up it could be that he is having difficultly breathing and might have a respiratory infection.  If he sleeps with his head down on the sand some also, then he is just more comfortable in the strange positions.

  3. Amount of time you have the UV on and percentage will be able to tell if somethings wrong, including the hot end temp and cool, which end he sleeps in and humidity.

  4. I've had my Bearded Dragon for 4-5 years now and he almost always sleeps like that or propped up on his log. Must be comfortable for them.

  5. BECAUSE YOU TOLD IT TO PEE IN THE CORNER

    JOKE LOL

maybe the wall is colder/hotter and thats want he wants change the heating

  6. because he needs to get used to the place that or he likes that corner

  7. its just comfortable for them. i dont know why they do it.
