Your beer is getting warm because your leaving it out in a room-temperature environment (I suppose), and if you want it to stay good, you drink it sooner than later, before the warm air temp aligns with the beer temp, and your beer is as warm as the room.

Tip:  Try it in a frozen mug.  Other than that, drink up, your letting it sit too long, plus that'll make it go flat.  Who wants warm flat beer.

because like most beverages the warm air from outside the can/cup heats  up the can wich in return heats up the liquid inside! hope this helped
