Why is my bench press so weak?

I think im pretty strong. I am 16 and I weigh 218 I can deadlift 300 lbs, squat 255, leg press 500 and lift alot in many other lifts.

  1. You probably simply haven't worked on the specific muscles involved (the pecs are essential, I believe). Just bench press at a slightly uncomfortable weight and build up from there. That'll get you benching a better weight.


  2. i'm guessing you do alot of pushups

    its probally cuz your you have more muscular endurance then muscular strength in the chest
