Why is my big toe numb?

The tip of my big toe on my right foot has been feeling numb for a while. It's almost like what it feels when your foot falls asleep, but I can still feel pressure and pain, etc. it's just slightly dulled. It's been like that for a while now and I'm not sure if I should go to the doctor or not. It's only really noticeable when my shoes are off...

  1. If you did not hit it.

Or possibly squeezed it against something very hard

If the tip of your shoe is not very hard and close

Then you might be having a circulation problem

In that case you would need to go and see a doctor

If however you do have a circulation problem, garlic supplements can help.
