  1. One possible although rare cause is a condition called a pheochromocytoma. this is a tumor (usually benign) of the Adrenal medulla that sporadically releases large amounts of catecholamines like epinephrine (adrenaline). This could possibly explain your episodic spikes in blood pressure, as well as the tachycardia and palpitations you have been experiencing. (I checked a couple of your other posts for some more info) Your doctor will likely do a urine test to evaluate you for this.

I'm going to go out on a limb and  say it wasn't due to pain, because you would have probably put 2 and 2 together on that one, and stress or sodium don't give such a high fluctuation nor does essential hypertension.

So when you pick best answer let us know how things went. good luck, and I hope you feel better soon.

  2. wowza that is not good.  there could be alot of reasons for this.  how close together are the readings being taken?  if you are taking them at diff. times of day it could be what you eat (watch salt and caffeine) it could be stress or pain.  if the readings are being taken within a few minutes of eachother it could be something more serious.  in any case you should present a log of times and bp's should be given to the doctor so he can have a better tool to diagnose you.  best of luck!

  3. one of reason must be your social life tensions .also there must be adrenin concentration problem
