Question:

Why is my body clock so out? What can I do to fix it? Anyone else experience this? ?

It's 4:30am in Australia right now and I am always awake between 12:30 (first feed at night) until 5am where I'll sleep till the next feed at 6am. I can only sleep after 9pm each night which means I only get 3-4 hours sleep each night)

I've read every boring book there is to read, can't drink milk due to a dairy issue, it's winter so can't have a warm bath but all other suggestions are welcome

It could be a couple of things...I would try to get some physical activity done during the day (sometimes that seems impossible with a little one).  Another thing would be that you have a lot on your mind...perhaps journaling would work for you or making a list of what is on your mind.  You could also have your partner give you a massage...that would work for me!  I hope you manage to get some rest.  Good luck!


  2. try doing summat that you enjoy but isn't to energetic and is calming.
