Why is my bread not growing any mould?

  1. you need to put in in a dark place that's not too dry or else the bread will just get stiff and hard.

    if you put the bread in the sun....what happens after a couple of hours......

    same thing that's happening now to your bread but in a longer time frame.

    the key is dark and moist!!!!


  2. Probably full of preservatives. But it will mould eventually! Put it in a dark, damp place to help it out. Prefferably around other mouldy things so lots of mould spores get on it.

  3. needs to be moist ( not WET or DRY), lid on a container or v slightly open

    often better in a dark place

    maybe it has low sugar levels.....brown/denser multi grained bread may not have as much growth as white bread which has more sugars in it.
