Why is my brother acting this way??

Me and my brother have never gotten along, but recently, he's been being mean,perverted,and childish, and when my parents come around he acts perfect and i get blamed or yelled at for "tattling" but its really getting on my nerves, i mean this school year we go to school together again, and hes sooo embarassing, i just want to hurt him sometimes, i mean i just wish he was gone forever! but there are times where he acts like im younger than he is and im not im 3 years older and it really makes me mad ive tryed talking to him, ive tryed talking to my parents, but nothing works, what should i do?

omg seriously ignore his a** he doesnt excist! he knows that whatever he does it will p**s you off so act like you didnt see sh*t pretend dont give him the attention he wants good luck =]
