Why is my cable screen black?

Question

I switched my cable box to a different room, the DVR recordings still show up, the channel numbers, but not the picture...Ive tried re-booting it 4 times and its not working

Ive googled this, ive looked on the Time Warner Cable Site and i cannot find ONE thing that explains why my screen is NOT coming on

Its one of those Scientific Atlantic ones my cables still on, still works in all rooms but i cannot get it to work in my room because i switched the box anyone know how to get it to work?
