Why is my car is driving funny?

I had someone to put a new water pump and and a new timing belt on my 94 camry and when I got in to drive it was seemed like it kind of didn't want to pull at fist then it kind of just picked up as I kept going. Is that normal when getting a new warter pump and or timing belt?

The timing may be off just a bump, maybe you can tell if it slugs when you first give it gas or if it idles rough. Maybe the place that put the timing belt on can re-check the timing for you.

Your timing belt is absolutely off.  There are few easier to do.  How do these hack wrenches keep their jobs. Jeez!
