Why is my car so bouncy plus a funny sound???

I like to maintain my car and fix any problems that arise. I recently had the cat converter and o2 sensors replaced. One thing I don't like is that it has been very very bouncy for the past couple years. Like an up/down motion. I get used to it, but whenever I give someone a ride it's embarassing cuz they always comment on it.

One other thing I don't like about my car (Toyota 4runner) is that it makes a weird sound like kind of high pitched but not too high pitched belt flapping against something. I guess that I can't get help with because it's hard to describe the sound!

Any thoughts on the bouncy??

That's a 4 runner it's ths clutch fan noise have it checked> Lower the tire pressure>Have them balanced and check for out of round>

Try new shocks?

sounds like the shocks or springs are weak or worn out.
