Why is my cat having panic attack scratching fits?

She does it at least once a day. Usually just at random. Plus she licks her back side incessantly.

We had her practically marinated with flee shampoo a while ago when she was doing that, but obviously it hasn't seemed to rectify the problem. What gives?

She has fairly long hair, by the way.

  1. seems like she is having an allergy to something. you could of dried out her skin too much with the flea baths. see if she has tiny bumps on her she could be either allergic to the fleas or the flea bath you bathed her in. it is better  to use advantage then flea baths anyways . Advantage kills the eggs too. i would take her to the vets.
