  1. Think about it...............wouldn't you be? She trusted you and what did you do?

You took her to the vet and they performed a surgery on her. She still remembers and she is upset. Do you think she would forget overnight?

Give her time to forget what happened. Give her a piece of her favorite treat when you greet her at the door. The aches and pains of surgery don't disappear in a week or two. It takes a while.  I'm not a cat but I have had surgeries and I didn't feel like myself for more than a couple weeks.

Give her a reason to love and trust you all over again. Be patient and keep an eye on her for infections or any other side effects.

  2. I am not sure why this would happen.  Could she be in pain and is showing the pain by not wanting to be touched?  Maybe call the vet and see if it could be because of a complication.

  3. wouldnt you be pissed off is someone done that to you?

  4. I want to thank you for fixing your animals!

I think that since she was put through pain from the surgery and you were the one to take her to the vet she is a little uneasy. I think once she relized that you did good by getting her spayed and that she knows it was the one time she will warm up to you again.

She is probably still in pain and just wants to be left alone for a while. I would comfort her as much as possible.

  5. Be patient and love her as you have always.
