Why is my cat throwing up everywhere?

The last few days she's been throwing up 1-3 times a day, it looks like it's just her food mixed up with some kind of clearish liquid.. She has plenty of food and water all of the time, and she's always been skinny because she's really active. Is something stressing her out? Or could she be sick? She's almost two years old.

It  sounds like shes sick.I'd take her to the vet.It could be serious or maybe not.Its better to be safe than sorry.

If she's been vomiting for the past few days, it's time to get her in to the veterinarian.

if a cat is throwing up,it either is eating it food too fast,that when the warmth of the food hits its stomach it causing him to bring it straight back up or it has a furball problem.mine has done that all her life she is 16 now..

but i would definitely get her checked over  in case it more serious

sounds like a fur ball to me, eventually it will come up if not did she eat something other than her food? house plant, string ect. get some fur ball medicine (sold most any store) cats like the flavor so she should just like it off your finger..
