my guess is thhat you were playing with yourself while you were dry. this made it irratated and it was sore.. get it wet with your spit or some lube next time you touch yourself.

Have u been doing anything?  Take a warm bath.  Give it a day or so.  usually after s*x it all would hurt.  Just got to give it a day or so.

I don't know what's happened to it so how can I tell you why it's sore... maybe you masturbated too dry?
