Why is my computer crashing so much?

It Shuts down Too Much It Shut down my programs. [Example]:I am On Firefox and it says the program needs to close,the same happens with my other programs like My game emulators and more please help

It Irritates me soooooooooooo much

maybe u just have too much much stuff on your cpu. ttry deleting some

i think its a virus on your explorer.exe

try installing anti virus guard

or

try repair using your XP CD
