Why is my computer downloading torrents so slow all of a sudden

Question

last night i downloaded a torrent at about 100 kb/s

now im downloading at 5 kb/s with more seeds

i have optimum high speed and am using demonoid and vuze (azerus)

i am new to the world of torrents for the record

Also Check that you are not 'capped' this means have passed your internet download allowance for the month provided by your ISP for such a massive drop it sounds more like your ISP  , or as i said you have passed your download Cap for the mOnth

Torrent is for sharing. So the more you share the more you will get. increase the upload limit. It may help. Unblock the port that is assigned to torrent software.

because you are stealing and god does not like it............you are downloading.......run a virus cheack and clean the HD.

use ccleaner to clean all temp files, files in recycle bin, cookies, registry entries and many more files which are created by windows but are no-more required... download the software from ccleaner.com ( free for life). Mannualy delete all files in your "Temp" folder & in "Temparary internet files" folder located in C:\Documents and Settings\userName \Local Settings. Delete all files in "temp" folder in c:\windows. Google "Trend Microw" to do virus check& removal. These should make your computer faster. If you can, do 'System Restore' to earlier (date when things were ok) and reloading of "windows"
