Why is my concord grape bush getting grapes and then they dry up and fall off. Haven't gotten a grape yet?

  1. Are they turning dark in color?  If so you have what is known as black rot.  A treatment called NOVA will take care of the problem.  Right now remove all dead grapes from plant and off the ground.  Black Rot will spread and come back year after year if you don't remove dead grapes.
