That's not strict...that's child abuse. You should probably tell someone about it because hitting your **** with a belt is not ok and is completley illegal.

I don't have any idea why he takes off his clothes to perform the operation, but maybe you needed your *** whipped. IDK. Just be thankful you have a parent who cares enough to discipline you when you do something bad as you say.
