  1. Well I am in grade 7 and I have acne too. Yesterday I decided that if mouthwash kills bactiria in ur mouth what  about your skin. I took a cotton square, put some crest mouth was on it and cleaned my face... sure enough whe i looked at the cotton after i rubbed it all around my face there was dirt that my normal face wash didn't clean. I used mouthwash again this morning and already my acne is going away and getting smaller.  it is better then any skin care product I have used.  Don't use toothpaste though, it is very irritataing on the skin ouchh. so here are the steps again.

    1. get mouth wash... some type of mint.

    2. get a cotton square or ball.

    3. pour mouth wash on the cotton.

    4. take the cotton and "wipe" all over your face.

    5. throw out cotton.

    6. do this 2 times a day.

hope it works the same on you as for me =)

  2. use lemon juice. squeeze emon juice and apply it in your face and rinse it off. it will eventually be gone within the first 2  days.

  3. maybe your freaking out about school starting stress sometimes causes breakouts =/

& PLZ dont apply lemon juice to your face it will only irritate it and cause more zits!

  4. Well you are simply going through a teen age phase..everyone well mostly all teens have to suffer the same..its hormones what can you do??don't gett too stressed out you will break out more...=)

  5. Its just all part of growing up its ok it happens to most of us!

OXY spot products are pretty good to use.

    hope this helps x

  6. The soap you are using is probably making your condition WORSE….

First STOP using commercial skin care! GO ORGANIC or ALL NATURAL. I had rosacea (red blemishes on the cheeks) until I started using TEA TREE OIL organic soap from: www.SANDYCREEKSOAP.etsy.com ($3 a bar). It cleared it up in like a week.... and this was something I battled with for YEARS!!!! You can tell the difference right away (like the first time).  Most Dr.’s would prescribe a pill or a cream with more (or worse) side effects than the condition itself!

This place has TONS of "specialty" soaps for all kinds of skin problems...antifungal, antiseptic, ACNE, rosacea, psoriasis, rashes, poison ivy, oak and sumac, dandruff, fungal conditions, etc. It even works on problems you "can't explain".... If you don't see what you want ASK - they are SUPER helpful... even design a bar for your skin type based on your skin conditions - now that’s not something you find everyday....

You want/need HANDMADE or hand-milled soap made the old fashion way. If not them, then “someone” else who sells handmade organic. Their soaps has GLYCERIN in them (a natural moisture retainer). In STORE bought soap glycerin is sold for profit and replaced with chemicals like sodium lauryl sulfate which is listed in the encyclopedia as a skin irritant!!! I know, I couldn’t believe it either, but look it up! This chemical is found in like 98% of all STORE bought soaps. SCARY, HU? READ THE BACK! (Even the ones claiming to be natural or clean).

TRUTH be told.... most people DON'T CARE what they use (even if it is a chemical) as long as it smells good.... But long term condition counts!

Best of all they are CHEAP! Plus S&H is only $2, and I got my order in like 3 days.

Most eco friendly products are so expensive you can’t AFFORD to save the world. Hope this helped....

PS they also have something called acne tonic that might work (It did for me!)

PSS - you are wrong about the scarring. Weekly exfoliation and using stuff with tea tree oil in it will help regenerate your skin and the appearance of the scars will deminish ALOT! I use tea tree oil soap from SCS ask them about scarring - they can help...

  7. before you go to bed

pop the zits and put toothpaste on it right after you pop it

and for the acne just rub in there

and use the refining mask on those area

    Hope this helps : )
