Why is my fire belly toad doing this?

I have two fire belly toads and over the past day one of them has been on the water dish in the tank pressed up against the tank and the other one is always right below it in the water. Any idea what is going on? I feel so bad that the one toad is always in the corner pressed up on the glass, but it has been ever since the other one started coming in the water. What's going on?

Sounds like you just need a bigger water dish, how big is the tank you keep them in?

Can you make the tank semi aquatic? I had 3 firebelly toads at once in a 10 gallon tank and ended up making it semi aquatic and they LOVED it. I had small feeder guppies in mine and they ate them.
