  1. sorry hun, but that chould mean he will die soon.do you feed it? lol it could be hungry. but uhm idk maybe its just one lazy goldfish. but my pradicition is hes gonna die soon =(

  2. there are many things that could be going on....is the water warm enough? Is it clean, if so did you treat it?  Is the pump working proper? Have you over feed it? Do you see spots of ick on it?  Check all of these and if they are all good then there are some antibiotics you get try from Wal-mart or you local pet store.

  3. well my goldfish also was like this but now shes alright i was completely worried about her she was staying in the corner opening and closing its mouth after one day she was fine and i was happy so i bought 11 fishes I'm so happy

                                     GOOD LUCK ON YOUR FISH

  4. I think you need to clean the water. It is staying near the plant to get more oxygen, because the water is so saturated there is no more oxygen... im not sure if this is true, but just a suggestion

  5. hmm maybe because it's in a bowl. Goldfish should have atleast a 15 gallon fish tank to themselves. Goldfish are really messy fish and you have to make sure you keep on top of the water changes and weekly tests.

  6. the goldfish might suffering something try water change of 10 percent daily with rocksalt and observe further

    kOi keeper & goldfish keeper

  7. its either pregnant and will give birth soon, or it will die in few days.

if its opening and closing its mouth I am afraid it will die soon :(

  8. he needs 50 gallons if he is a comet/common/carnival/feeder goldfish

or 20 gallons if he is a fancy goldfish

i highly doubt you have a 50 gallon bowl

he is probably dyeing from low oxygen and ammonia burns

edit: just because there is a filter it does not make it right to keep a fish in a bowl
