Why is my hamster wet

every time i go and look at my hamster in the morning he is soaking wet as well as his cedar chips, and hes got dandruff all over his body. does anyone know why this is

your hamster is probably wet form the water bottle and he probably has food in his bed so it sticks a little i don'tt know anything about the dander though.

he bathes himself what else would he do

idk but i think its because of his bedding.. u are NEVER supposed to put pine or cedar chips as bedding. its very harmful to them
