Why is my hat small?

I mean, it's not like I don't like small hats. It just doesn't... fit on my head.

Is there any way to make my hat bigger? :(

get out the hat stretcher or go to a  the head shrink-er.

Not unless its one of those caps with the adjuster in back. I say just buy a new hat, and try it on first, this time.

Same problem with my tank head. I just don't wear hats...
